在强调“读者第一、服务至上”之高校图书馆读者服务人性化的今天,如何提升高校图书馆的服务水平进而构建读者服务标准化体系,实已成为高校图书馆科学发展的题中应有之义。本文正是基于此,探讨高校图书馆读者服务标准化的内涵,分析当前图书馆标准化建设中存在的问题,并指出具体的完善对策,提升高校图书馆标准化建设的水平。
