目的:建立同时测定蒙药连翘四味汤散(连翘、拳参、麦冬、木通)中活性成分连翘苷、连翘酯苷A、没食子酸和木通苯乙醇苷B的含量测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Promosil C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-1.0%磷酸水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL·min~(-1),柱温40℃,检测波长为277 nm(连翘苷)、330 nm(连翘酯苷A和木通苯乙醇苷B)和272 nm(没食子酸),进样量为10μL。结果:连翘四味汤散中连翘苷的含量在0.038~0.051 mg·g~(-1)之间、连翘酯苷A的含量在0.127~0.135 mg·g~(-1)之间、没食子酸的含量在0.079~0.085 mg·g~(-1)之间、木通苯乙醇苷B的含量在0.009 6~0.010 3mg·g~(-1)之间。结论:该方法快速简便、稳定可靠,适用于连翘四味汤散的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of forsythin, forsythoside A, gallic acid, and o-phenylethanolaide B in Mongolian medicine Lianqiao Sisi Powder (forsythia, fistula, Ophiopogon japonicus, method. Methods: The RP-HPLC method was used on a column of Promosil C 18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-1.0% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 mL · min ~ (- 1), the column temperature was 40 ℃, the detection wavelength was 277 nm (forsythin), 330 nm (forsythoside A and picrotonoside B) and 272 nm (gallic acid). The injection volume was 10 μL. Results: The content of forsythin in forsythia four flavors was between 0.038 ~ 0.051 mg · g ~ (-1), the content of forsythoside A was between 0.127 ~ 0.135 mg · g ~ (-1) , The content of gallic acid was between 0.079 and 0.085 mg · g -1, the content of phenyletin glycosides B was between 0.009 6 and 0.010 3 mg · g -1. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, stable and reliable and is suitable for the quality control of Forsythia.
