1972年Murphy等提出慢性精神分裂症患者血小板单胺氧化酶(MAO)活力低下,但精神病临床研究者报告的结果不—。我们对本市精神病疗养院非药物治疗的住院患者50例(男28例,女22例;年龄28~71岁,病程8~41年,平均21.66年;停服抗精神病药物时间半年~16年),进行MAO活力测定。测定前尿吩噻嗪试验均为阴性。另对正常健康人50例(男28例,女22例;年龄34~82岁,身体健康。无精神病家族史)作对照,以观察其对精神分裂症的诊断价值。
