上海市农业科学院食用菌研究所承担上海市科委下达的“食用菌塑料大棚四季栽培模式研究”,经3年的初试和中试,于1901年10月30日通过技术鉴定,获得了成果。供试32个大棚,3年栽培面积为59541.9m~2,生产鲜菇378409.7kg,总产值1723892元,净利630664元。菇类的不同组合模式中,最高产量为4900kg/棚·年,净利7265.85元/棚·年,产值20041元/棚·年,投入和产出比为1.66,显示出了良好的可转化性,经济效益和社会效益都较大。
Institute of Edible Fungi of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences undertakes the “Four Seasons Cultivation Mode of Edible Fungus Plastic Greenhouse” issued by Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission. After three years of preliminary test and pilot plant test, it passed the technical appraisal on October 30, 1901 and obtained the results. 32 greenhouses for test, 3 years of cultivation area of 59541.9m ~ 2, production of fresh mushroom 378409.7kg, the total output value of 1723892 yuan, net profit 630664 yuan. Among the different combination patterns of mushrooms, the highest yield was 4900kg / plant · year, net profit was 7265.85yuan / plant · year, output value was 20041yuan / plant · year, and the input-output ratio was 1.66, which showed good transformability, Economic and social benefits are larger.
