本文采用免疫学诊断技术,对慢性布病病人的细胞免疫(EtRFC、EaRFC、NTC、PHA皮试)、体液免疫(IgG、A、M、C_3、CIC)进行检测。结果表明:病人的EtRFC、EaRFC、NTC、C_3较正常人对照组明显降低,而PHA皮试反应、IgG、CIC等又较正常人对照组明显增高,与系统性红斑狼疮病人对照组相似。结合国内、外文献,认为本病是免疫复合物性疾病。这就是布病病程慢性化、复发特点本质所在。但布病发病的全过程机理复杂,不可能仅用一种类型变态反应加以解释。对此,有待进一步深入研究。
In this paper, immunological diagnostic techniques were used to detect cellular immunity (EtRFC, EaRFC, NTC, PHA skin test) and humoral immunity (IgG, A, M, C_3, CIC) in patients with chronic brucellosis. The results showed that the levels of EtRFC, EaRFC, NTC and C_3 in patients were significantly lower than those in normal controls, while the PHA test, IgG, CIC and so on were significantly higher than those in normal controls, similar to those in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Combined with domestic and foreign literature, that the disease is immune complex disease. This is the chronic disease of cloth disease, the essence of recurrence. However, the whole process of brucellosis pathogenesis is complex and can not be explained by only one type of allergy. In this regard, pending further study.
