为了研究推力室内壁热结构的寿命预估方法,探索延长内壁循环寿命的可行性措施,基于热试验验证后的传热计算,利用内壁寿命预估经验公式对国内大推力氢氧推力室的再生冷却通道内壁寿命进行了估算,并与热试车结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,喉部及其附近区域寿命预估与热试车结果基本一致,传热计算和寿命预估公式适用于该类高深宽比冷却通道内壁寿命的近似预测。在此基础上提出了提高推力室内壁寿命的可行性措施,相关结论可为再生冷却通道结构设计方案的合理选择提供相应的参考。
In order to study the life prediction method of the thermal structure of the thrust chamber and to explore the feasibility of extending the cycle life of the inner wall, based on the heat transfer calculation after the thermal test verification, using the empirical formula of the life prediction of the inner wall, The inner life of the cooling channel was estimated, and the results were compared with the hot test results. The results show that the prediction of life expectancy in the throat and its vicinity is basically the same as that of the heat test, and the heat transfer calculation and life prediction formula are suitable for the approximate prediction of the life span of such high aspect ratio cooling channels. On this basis, the feasibility measures to improve the service life of the thrust chamber are put forward. The relevant conclusions may provide reference for the reasonable selection of the design scheme of the regenerative cooling passage.
