通过对成人学习的英语学习情况的调查,发现成人学生英语水平参差不齐,学习动机不统一,因此整齐划一的教学方法往往事倍功半。调查同时还发现,成人学生往往具有较强的理解能力和自我管理能力。因此,本文提出强调学习者个性的学习策略训练教学法,能够提高成人语教学的效率。经过一个学年的教学实践,得出结论策略训练提高了学生学习的主动性和学习效率。
Through the investigation of adult learning English learning situation, found that adult students have different levels of English, learning motivation is not uniform, so uniform teaching methods are often less effective. The survey also found that adult students tend to have a strong ability to understand and self-management. Therefore, this article puts forward a learning strategy training teaching method that emphasizes learner personality, which can improve the efficiency of adult language teaching. After a school year teaching practice, concluded that strategy training to improve student learning initiative and learning efficiency.
