目的 观察免疫功能低下小鼠感染 CVB3m后心肌损伤的特点。方法 雄性昆明小鼠随机分成 4组 ,I对照组 ; 照射组 ; 病毒组 ; 照射 +病毒组。照射组 4Gy X-射线全身照射 ;病毒组常规腹腔接种 CVB3m;照射 +病毒组先照射 ,于照射后次日接种 CVB3m。观察各组小鼠接种病毒后第 3、7、14、2 1天心肌光镜改变 ,及第 14天心肌电镜改变。结果 病毒组小鼠注射病毒后第 7天 ,病变最重 ,病毒性心肌炎 (VMC)检出率为 5 7% ,以后逐渐恢复 ;照射 +病毒组第 7天 VMC检出率为 6 4.7% ,第 14天为 87.5 % ,第 2 1天为 10 0 % ,呈逐渐加重趋势。第14天电镜观察 :照射 +病毒组线粒体明显肿胀 ,嵴断裂 ,并伴有严重的空泡变。结论 全身照射条件下小鼠感染CVB3m后 ,VMC检出率增高 ,心肌病变加重
Objective To observe the characteristics of myocardial injury after CVB3m infection in immunocompromised mice. Methods Male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: I control group, irradiation group, virus group and irradiation + virus group. Irradiation group 4Gy X-ray whole body irradiation; virus group conventional intraperitoneal CVB3m; irradiation + virus group first irradiation, the day after irradiation vaccinated CVB3m. The mice in each group were observed on the 3rd, 7th, 14th and 21st day after the virus inoculation, and the changes on the 14th day after the myocardial electromyography were observed. Results The virus was found to be the most severe on the 7th day after injection of the virus. The detection rate of viral myocarditis (VMC) was 57% and gradually recovered afterwards. The detection rate of VMC on the 7th day was + 4.7% 87.5% on the 14th day and 100% on the 21st day, showing a gradual increase trend. On the 14th day, the electron microscope observation showed that the mitochondria in the irradiation + virus group were obviously swollen and the cristae were broken, accompanied by the severe vacuolar changes. Conclusion After CVB3m infection in mice under general irradiation, the detection rate of VMC increased and the severity of cardiomyopathy increased
