采用硫酸分解磷酸压滤渣制备过磷酸钙,考察硫酸加入量、压滤渣加入量、硫酸浓度、分解温度、分解时间等主要工艺控制条件对磷矿转化率、过磷酸钙产品质量的影响。磷酸压滤渣加入量(占磷矿粉质量分数)在15%以上时,过磷酸钙产品w(P_2O_5)≥18.0%,达到GB20413—2006优等品指标,磷酸压滤渣加入量低于15%时,产品w(P_2O_5)≥16.0%,达到一等品指标。为利用磷酸压滤渣制备优质过磷酸钙提供基础依据,对装置设计、实现生产应用提供优化的工艺参数、控制条件和技术支持。
Sulfate decomposition phosphoric acid filter residue was used to prepare superphosphate. The influence of the main process control conditions such as the amount of sulfuric acid added, the amount of filter press residue, the concentration of sulfuric acid, the decomposition temperature and the decomposition time on the conversion of phosphate rock and the quality of superphosphate product were investigated. When the amount of phosphoric acid filter residue (accounting for the mass fraction of phosphate rock) is above 15%, the superphosphate product w (P 2 O 5) ≥18.0% meets GB20413-2006 excellent product index. When the amount of phosphoric acid filter residue is less than 15% Products w (P_2O_5) ≥ 16.0%, reaching first-class indicators. In order to provide a basis for the preparation of high-quality superphosphate with phosphoric acid filter residue, the optimized process parameters, control conditions and technical support for device design and production and application are provided.
