环肽是以3个双硫键结合排列为特征的大环植物肽类,具有抗 HIV、昆虫拒食等广泛的生物活性。已从茜草科和堇菜科植物中分离出100多种不同的环肽。从紫花地丁 Viola yedoensis Makino 中又分离出5个新的环肽 cycloviolacin Y1~Y5(1~5)和3个已知的环肽 kalata B1(6)、vary A(7)和 varv E(8)。采用以 XTT 为基础的抗 HIV 试验检测了分离化合物的体外抗 HIV 活性。
Cyclic peptides are macrocyclic plant peptides characterized by three disulfide bond-binding arrangements, and have a wide range of biological activities such as resistance to HIV and insects. More than 100 different cyclic peptides have been isolated from the Rubiaceae and Amaranthaceae plants. Five new cyclopeptides cycloviolacin Y1-Y5 (1-5) and three known cyclic peptides kalata B1(6), vary A(7) and varv E(8) were isolated from Viola yedoensis Makino. ). The anti-HIV activity of isolated compounds was tested in vitro using an XTT-based anti-HIV test.
