采用氨基二硫代甲酸钠分光光度法与流动注射分析(FIA)联用,建立了一种快速、简便、高灵敏度且线性范围大的分析水体中微量铜的方法。在阿拉伯树胶粉溶液存在,以氨水为缓冲溶液(pH 9~10),并以吐温80作为增敏剂的最佳优化实验条件下当Cu2+的质量浓度在0.005~4 mg/L时,Cu2+的浓度和对应峰高呈现较好的线性,其线性方程为:y=191.279 x+2.979(R2=0.99991);检出限为0.8749μg/L;相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8832%(200μg/L Cu2+,n=20)。利用本方法测定环境水样中的铜,回收率在95.82%~101.81%之间,结果令人满意。
A rapid, simple, sensitive and linear method for the determination of trace copper in water was established by sodium dithiocarbamate spectrophotometry and flow injection analysis (FIA).
