患者女,20岁。自幼家长发现其右眼外侧巩膜上有一黄白色肿物生长,表面光滑,随年龄增长而增长,无眼痒、畏光、流泪及异物感,且对视力无影响,未引起重视。近来自觉右眼外眦角肿胀不适,眼球外转时加重,仍无视力下降及眼痒等症状。查体:一般情况良好。心、肺、腹及神经系统未见异常。眼科检查:双眼视力1．0,右眼结膜无充血,颞侧距角膜缘6mm见淡黄色肿物约10mm×10mm,外侧与外眦角相接,
