在城乡一体化和城市化发展过程中,村级经济如何发展面临困惑。目前通过土地的非农化使用而发展村级经济已经终结,应引导村级集体资本介入到城市经济中来,通过创建新的投资平台,把村集体货币化的资本转化为房产等有形资产,以实现村集体经济的发展。
