在农村中,误服断肠草(雷公藤、水莽草、钩吻)引起中毒颇常见。断肠草主要毒素是钩吻碱,误服后可引起消化道、神经系统和心血管系统一系列严重中毒症状,如不及时抢救治疗可很快死亡。十多年来,我们用山柑算盘子治疗数例断肠草中毒患者,效果满意。介绍如下: 治疗方法取山柑算盘子鲜叶及根皮2～4两捣烂,调洗米水榨汁,加适量黄糖搅匀后灌服,如不能口服时,可鼻饲。有条件的可配合静脉推注50%葡萄糖加维生素C,作辅助治疗。如误服断肠草中毒未超过两小时者,应先积极设法催吐或洗胃。
