目的:评估曲安奈德在泪小管吻合术中寻找鼻侧断端的作用。方法:前瞻性病例对照研究。选取安阳市眼科医院2017年8月至2019年8月住院的单纯下泪小管断裂30例(30眼),随机分为两组:A组(观察组,15例),以棉签压迫泪囊,将0.5 ml:20 mg曲安奈德注射液自上泪点注入泪小管,乳白色的曲安奈德注射液自下泪小管断端溢出,从而快速定位其鼻侧断端。B组(对照组,15例),由同一高年资眼外伤医师在手术显微镜下寻找鼻侧断端。比较两组寻找鼻侧泪小管断端时间。结果:30眼均找到泪小管鼻侧断端并成功吻合泪小管;A组用时(7.9±1.8)秒,B组用时(80.0±19.9)秒,差异有统计学意义(n t=14.000,n P=0.000)。n 结论:采用曲安奈德注射液在泪小管吻合术中寻找鼻侧断端省时、方便。“,”Objective:To evaluate the effect of triamcinolone acetonide(TA) in locating the nasal broken end in anastomosis of lacrimal canaliculus.Methods:This was a prospective case control study. Total of 30 eyes of 30 cases with lacrimal canaliculus laceration from Aug. 2017 to Aug. 2019 in Anyang Eye Hospital were involved in this study. These patients were randomly divided into two groups. Group A, the observation group, included 15 cases which used cotton swabs to compress lacrimal sac. TA (0.5 ml: 20 mg) was injected into the superior lacrimal canaliculus through superior lacrimal point. The white suspension of TA overflowed from the broken end of the inferior lacrimal canaliculus. Then the nasal broken end of the inferior lacrimal canaliculus was quickly located. Group B, the control group, included 15 cases. Under the microscope, the nasal broken end of the inferior lacrimal canaliculus was located by the same senior physician of ocular trauma. The times of locating of the inferior lacrimal canaliculus were compared between the two groups.Results:The nasal broken end of lacrimal canaliculus of 30 cases were well located with successful operation. In group A, the locating time was (7.9±1.8) seconds, and (80.0±19.9) seconds in group B. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups (n t=14.000, n P=0.000).n Conclusion:Triamcinolone acetonide is time-saving and convenient to find the nasal side in anastomosis of inferior lacrimal canaliculus.
