1 病例报告 患者男,53岁,因左下肢疼痛2月余入院。缘于1997年7月中旬左胫骨下段被外物撞击后感局部疼痛、肿胀,自搽红花油后症状好转,8月14日始不明原因出现发热、左下肢疼痛,在当地医院左胫骨摄片报告左胫骨中下段骨髓炎,抗炎治疗效果欠佳,穿刺未抽出脓液。后行开窗引流术中见骨膜颜色变白,骨质有黑斑,凿孔后引流出脓液25ml、骨髓有一段腐烂,病理报告骨化性纤维瘤不能排除,为进一步明确诊断转入本院。查体;体温36.5℃,心肺体检无异常,,左胫骨中上段见一手术疤痕,皮肤不红,轻度肿胀,入院后胸片检查提示左下肺癌左肺门淋巴结转移,两侧胸膜转移,左小腿骨片及骨髓病理报告转移性腺癌,骨髓涂片示转移性腺癌,后经
