本文采用 T_3与离体肝细胞核结合实验的方法,探讨甲低功大鼠肝核 T_3受体的变化及其与肝α-磷酸甘油脱氢酶(α-GPD)之间的相互关系。结果表明,甲低功大鼠肝核 T_3受体的亲合常数(Ka)明显增加,最大结合容量(MBC)明显下降,肝α-GPD 与 MBC 之间呈正相关。提示核 T_3受体的结合容量受甲状腺激素的调节与控制。在不同的甲功状态下,T_3通过调节自身受体蛋白的合成进而诱导α-GPD 等酶的活性。
In this study, T_3 and the in vitro hepatocyte nuclear binding assay was used to investigate the changes of T_3 receptor in the hepatic nucleus of hypogonadal rats and its relationship with hepatic α-GPD (α-GPD). The results showed that the K (3) of T 3 receptor in hypothyroid rats was significantly increased and the maximum binding capacity (MBC) was significantly decreased. There was a positive correlation between hepatic α-GPD and MBC. Suggesting that the binding capacity of nuclear T 3 receptors is regulated and controlled by thyroid hormones. Under different thyroid status, T_3 induces the activity of α-GPD and other enzymes by regulating the synthesis of its receptor protein.
