不锈钢自攻螺钉是幕墙中铝型材横梁与立柱间连接的主要材料,但现行规范没有明确它的抗拉、抗剪承载力设计值,这给设计时连接强度的验算带来很大不便。本文根据不锈钢材料自身强度的内在关系,建立了不锈钢自攻螺钉横截面上破坏剪切力与破坏扭矩间的关系式,并在分析试验数据、确定安全系数基础上,给出了利用规范规定的最小破坏扭矩计算奥氏体不锈钢自攻螺钉抗剪承载力设计值的方法。文中给出的几种常用规格的奥氏体不锈钢自攻螺钉抗剪承载力设计值,方便了幕墙连接设计中的强度验算,具有一定的参考价值。
Stainless steel self-tapping screws are the main materials for the connection between the aluminum beam and the column in the curtain wall. However, the current code does not specify its design value of tensile and shear capacity, which brings great inconvenience to the checking of the connection strength at design time. Based on the inherent relationship between the strength of stainless steel and its own, this paper establishes the relationship between the failure shear force and the breaking torque on the cross-section of stainless steel self-tapping screws. Based on the analysis of the test data and the determination of the safety factor, Method of calculating the design value of shear capacity of self - tapping screw for austenitic stainless steel with minimum breaking torque. The design values of shear strength of several commonly used self-tapping screws for austenitic stainless steel are given in this paper, which is convenient for checking the strength of curtain wall connection design and has certain reference value.
