质量问题在产业经营活动中有广泛和深刻的意义。“质量就是效益,质量就是生命”,这已成为广大经营者的口头禅。谁的质量上去了,谁就赢得竞争,赢得市场,从而带来事业上的兴旺发达,最终会取得好的经济效益与社会效益。谁的质量低劣,谁就得亏蚀,甚至被淘汰。因此,监督品质,保证质量,提高质量,就不仅是生产厂家的大事,也是商品营销者的大事。作为商业工作者,在采购活动中的货源品质比较上,在仓储过程中的库存商品品质有无演变上,在商品销售环节商品品质鉴别上,等等,都会经常碰到大量的质量问题,都需要紧紧抓住商品质量的保证与监督这件大事。
