钢铁中铜的极谱测定一般在氨性氯化铵和盐酸-乙二胺-硫氰酸钾底液中进行。但大量氢氧化铁的沉淀吸附往往引起误差和操作上的不便。我们在观察铜于酸性介质中的极谱行为时,发现在硫酸-抗坏血酸底液中,铜有一个良好的阳极化导数波,而且大量铁不干扰测定。为此本文试验研究了这个底液条件,作了干扰离子试验,提出
Polarographic determination of copper in steel is generally carried out in ammoniacal ammonium chloride and hydrochloric acid - ethylenediamine - potassium thiocyanate base solution. However, the precipitation of a large number of iron hydroxide adsorption often causes errors and operational inconvenience. When observing the polarographic behavior of copper in an acidic medium, we found that copper has a good anodic derivative wave in the sulfuric acid-ascorbate solution, and that a large amount of iron does not interfere with the determination.
