设计了一种新型的并联太阳能跟踪机构,分析了并联跟踪机构的运动特性,给出位置逆解。依据太阳方位分析了跟踪性能,给出了并联平台转角与太阳位置的关系,并分析了并联机构支链受力和驱动性能。该机构结构简单、刚度大、运动范围大、可有效承载大面积光伏板并实现高效跟踪。
A new parallel solar tracking mechanism was designed. The kinematic characteristics of the parallel tracking mechanism were analyzed and the inverse solution was given. The tracking performance is analyzed based on the azimuth of the sun. The relationship between the parallel platform rotation angle and the position of the sun is given, and the force and driving performance of the parallel mechanism are analyzed. The mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, large rigidity and large movement range, which can effectively carry large-area photovoltaic panels and realize efficient tracking.
