经国务院同意,现将由卫生部主持起草并商中编办、财政部、国务院法制办同意的《关于卫生监督体制改革的意见》全文刊发,请各地结合实际情况认真贯彻执行。各地要遵照政事分开和精简、效能、统一的原则,建立起办事高效、运转协调、行为规范的卫生监督体制,适应依法治国和社会主义市场经济体制发展的需要,更好地保障人民健康。 With the agreement of the State Council, the full text of the Opinions on the Reform of Health Inspection System promulgated by the Ministry of Health and approved by the Ministry of Finance and the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, will now be published and all localities should be conscientiously implemented in the light of actual conditions. All localities should follow the principle of separation of government affairs and streamlining, efficiency and unification and establish a health supervision system that is highly efficient and coordinated in operation and in compliance with the code of conduct. It should adapt to the needs of governing the country according to law and the development of a socialist market economy and better guarantee people’s health.
