微表处养护技术在广泛应用的同时仍然存在着噪声过大、抗松散性能不足、耐久性差的缺点,制约着微表处养护技术更好地应用。针对微表处噪声过大,配合比设计不够完善的问题,提出了低噪微表处的矿料级配以及矿料级配优化设计方法——堆积密度法。室内试验表明,矿料在振实状态下的堆积密度越大,低噪微表处的湿轮磨耗值越小,负荷轮黏附砂量越大,即微表处混合料的技术性能越好。研究成果在广西坛(洛)—百(色)高速公路2012年养护工程中得到了应用,现场测试结果表明,该项目所采用的低噪微表处具有低噪、平整密实、抗滑性能优越、使用性能优良等优点。

Laboratory tests show that the greater the bulk density of the ore material in the tapped state, the smaller the wet wheel wear value at the low noise micrometer, and the greater the amount of sand adhered to the load wheel, the better the technical performance of the mixture at the micrometer. The research results have been applied in 2012 conservation project of Guangxi altar (Luo) - Baise (Expressway) Expressway. The field test results show that the low noise micrometer used in this project has the advantages of low noise, smooth formation and excellent anti-skid performance , Use the advantages of good performance.
