例1 曹×男45岁工人住院号11391 主诉右眼视力逐渐减退半年,1978年11月25日住院。眼部检查:视力:右0.02,左1.0。眼压:右22mmHg,左20mmHg。右眼前节无变化。眼底检查:视乳头边缘轻度模糊,黄斑部偏下方有3PD 淡灰色球形隆起,表面有黄白色点状沉着物,大小形态不一。网膜血管在上爬行。球形隆起与体位改变无关。诊断为视网膜劈裂症,未作处理于1978年12月25日出院观察。出院后,视力继续下降,多次门诊检查,球形隆起范围增大,表面黄白色沉积物增多,眼压持续在25—30mmHg,诊断为继
