针对传统破碎机进料口不够大,大块状磨料无法直接进入进行破碎这一问题,设计了一种锤式大块状磨料破碎机。该破碎机的总体结构是将重锤套挂在回转架上,并由驱动装置通过主轴驱动回转,对磨料实施打击。在选用电动机、分配传动比等总体设计的基础上,还对锤头、销轴及主轴等主要零部件进行了具体结构设计计算及分析。该破碎机在不至于将磨料砸成粉状的前提下,能够提高生产效率,并大大减轻工人的劳动强度。
In view of the fact that the inlet of the traditional crusher is not big enough and the massive abrasive can not directly enter into the crushing, a hammer type large-size abrasive crusher is designed. The overall structure of the crusher is to hang the heavy hammer on the revolving frame, and the drive device is driven to rotate through the main shaft to strike the abrasive. Based on the overall design such as selecting motor, distributing transmission ratio and so on, the concrete structural design calculation and analysis of the main parts such as hammerhead, pin shaft and spindle are carried out. The crusher does not smash the abrasive powder into the premise, can improve production efficiency, and greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers.
