目的:研制用于脑出血手术治疗的大鼠脑出血模型。方法:大鼠尾动脉插管抽取新鲜自体动脉血,在立体定向仪下,将100μL血分3次注入右侧脑尾壳核。结果:通过脑实体标本切片及MRI显示,脑内所形成的血肿的形态、大小、部位基本相似,未见脑室出血及硬膜下血肿。结论:尾动脉置管抽血,将100 uL自体动脉血分3次匀速注入大鼠脑尾壳核,所形成的血肿稳定、重复性好,是研究脑出血手术治疗的理想模型。
Objective: To develop a rat model of intracerebral hemorrhage for the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage. METHODS: Fresh autologous arterial blood was drawn through the tail artery of rats. Under stereotaxic instrument, 100 μL of blood was injected into the right caudate putamen nucleus three times. Results: The sections of brain solid specimens and MRI showed that the shape, size and location of the hematoma formed in the brain were basically similar. No ventricular hemorrhage and subdural hematoma occurred. CONCLUSION: Blood is drawn from the tail artery and 100 uL autologous arterial blood is injected into the caudate putamen in rats three times at uniform velocity. The hematoma formed is stable and reproducible. It is an ideal model for the surgical treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage.
