临床观察提示高脂血症与中医温病的湿热积滞搏结肠腑证近似，故拟温病导滞通下法，采用主要由大黄、山楂、莱菔子等药组成的降脂胶囊，观察其对高脂血症模型大鼠和急性高脂血症模型小鼠的降脂作用。结果表明：降脂胶囊对高脂血症模型大鼠血清总胆固醇（ＴＣＨＯ）、甘油三酯（Ｔｒｉｇ）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬ－Ｃ）的异常增高有显著的降低作用（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１），其中尤以中、小剂量组作用明显；其对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇影响不明显。降脂胶囊对急性高脂血症小鼠血清中胆固醇的含量有明显的降低作用（Ｐ＜０．０５），对甘油三脂的含量也有降低趋势，提示该药有良好的降脂作用。降脂胶囊对高脂血症模型大鼠血液流变学的异常也有一定改善作用，可降低全血粘度、血浆粘度、ＲＢＣ压积、全血高低切还原粘度及ＲＢＣ聚积指数，这对其降脂作用起到了辅助效应

Jiangzhi Capsule had a significant reduction of serum cholesterol in acute hyperlipidemia mice (P <0.05), and the content of triglyceride also decreased, suggesting that the drug has a good lipid-lowering effect. Jiangzhi Capsule can also improve the hemorheology abnormality in hyperlipemia model rats, and can reduce whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, RBC depressurization, whole blood low and high cut reduction viscosity and RBC accumulation index, Lipid effect played a supporting effect
