1病例摘要患儿，女，4岁，因频繁抽搐2小时于1998年11月4日14：30入院。2h前突然出现惊跳，继而双目凝视，四肢强直阵挛性抽搐，历时约2min，每隔5min发作一次。无呕吐及腹泻。病前家属疑有毒物摄入史。体格检查：T 36.8℃，P 110次/分，R 26次/分，W 14kg。昏迷状态，面色苍
1 Case Summary Children, female, 4 years old, admitted to hospital at 14:30 on November 4, 1998 due to frequent convulsions for 2 hours. Suddenly 2h before the startled, and then binocular gait, limbs tonic clonic convulsions, which lasted about 2min, attack every 5min time. No vomiting and diarrhea. Before the sick suspected poison intake history. Physical examination: T 36.8 ℃, P 110 beats / min, R 26 beats / min, W 14kg. Coma, pale face
