目的观察不同质量浓度医用臭氧(O3)局部注射后,在不同时期对实验兔骨骼肌组织病理学的影响,以评估医用臭氧对骨骼肌纤维的毒性。方法 68只实验兔随机分为5组:分别为空白对照组、臭氧注射Ⅰ组(20μg.mL-1)、Ⅱ组(50μg.mL-1)、Ⅲ组(80μg.mL-1)以及纯氧注射Ⅳ组。结果与空白对照组比较,光镜下显示:Ⅰ和Ⅱ组2h肌细胞轻度损伤;Ⅲ组2h肌组织弥漫性坏死。Ⅰ,Ⅱ和Ⅲ组4周出现明显的组织损伤的修复反应。结论不同质量浓度医用臭氧肌肉注射后会对肌细胞产生损害,且随注射质量浓度增加而增加。以50μg.mL-1的臭氧肌肉注射安全,80μg.mL-1的臭氧肌肉注射组织损伤较重,应慎用。
Objective To observe the effects of different concentrations of medical ozone (O3) on histopathological changes of skeletal muscle in experimental rabbits after local injection, in order to evaluate the toxicity of medical ozone on skeletal muscle fibers. Methods Sixty-eight experimental rabbits were randomly divided into five groups: blank control group, group Ⅰ (20μg.mL-1), group Ⅱ (50μg.mL-1), group Ⅲ Oxygen injection Ⅳ group. Results Compared with the blank control group, the light microscope showed: mild damage of muscle cells in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ for 2 hours; and the diffuse necrosis of muscle in group Ⅲ at 2 hours. In group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, obvious tissue damage repair reaction occurred in 4 weeks. Conclusion Different concentrations of medical ozone intramuscular injection will produce muscle cell damage, and with the injection of mass concentration increases. To 50μg.mL-1 ozone intramuscular injection safety, 80μg.mL-1 ozone intramuscular injection of severe tissue damage should be used with caution.
