目的 早产儿脑组织CT值普遍较低 ,难以判断是否为正常范围。该文探讨早产儿正常脑组织CT值与足月儿脑组织CT值的差异。方法 对 76例早产儿 (按胎龄分为 2 8~ 33+ 6周早产儿 36例及 34~ 36 + 6周早产儿 4 0例 )及 5 0例正常足月新生儿 (胎龄为 37~ 4 2足周 )进行头颅CT检查并测定各部位脑组织CT值。结果2 8~ 33+ 6周早产儿和 34~ 36 + 6周早产儿小脑、脑干、基底节、丘脑、白质、灰质CT值均低于足月儿相应部位脑组织CT值 ,其差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。 2 8~ 33+ 6周早产儿不同部位脑组织CT值均低于 34~ 36 + 6周早产儿相应部位脑组织CT值 ,其差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 早产儿脑组织CT值明显低于足月新生儿 ,故早产儿脑组织CT值有自己的正常值范围
Purpose CT value of brain tissue of premature children is generally low, it is difficult to determine whether the normal range. This article explores the difference between CT value of normal brain tissue and full-term brain CT value in preterm infants. Methods Sixty-six preterm infants (36 cases of preterm infants aged 28 to 33 + 6 weeks and 40 preterm infants of 34 to 36 + 6 weeks) and 50 normal term infants (gestational age 37 ~ 4 2 weeks) for head CT examination and determination of CT values of various parts of brain tissue. Results The CT values of cerebellum, brain stem, basal ganglia, thalamus, white matter and gray matter of 28 ~ 33 + 6 weeks preterm infants and 34 ~ 36 + 6 weeks preterm infants were lower than those of full - term infants Significance (P <0.01). The CT values of brain tissue in different parts of preterm infants between 28 and 33 weeks were lower than that of the corresponding parts of premature infants 34 to 36 and 6 weeks respectively (P <0.01). Conclusion CT value of brain tissue in preterm infants is significantly lower than full-term newborn, so brain CT values of preterm infants have their own normal range
