英语学习是一种语言学习,它需要发生于一定的环境之中。研究表明外语课堂中的师生之间的言语互动可以为学习者创造丰富的习得环境。教师与学习者之间的互动对学习者接触目的语语言输入、形成目的语输出机会和获得有用的反馈信息以检验中介语假设等,具有十分重要的作用。课堂提问是教学中的一种主要形式,是教师们经常运用的教学手段,是教学目标达成的主要途径,是重、难点的突破口,是学生发展的关键,但事实上,当课堂提问成为我们关注与研究的焦点时,我们才发现,这种最古老、最常用的教学方式被轻视与忽略了。课堂中经常听到的是教师简单、随意、重复的提问,课堂上占半数还要强调的提问是缺乏科学的依据与科学设计的。因此,研究课堂教学中有效性地提问就显得尤为重要。
