本研究应用成年SD大鼠(150-200g),深度麻醉,心脏快速灌流固定,电镜包埋,连续半薄切片及超薄切片,利用谷氨酸(Glu)和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)单克隆抗体以及PAP方法进行免疫细胞化学反应,结合银加强显色技术处理,明显提高了对组织标本原位抗原物质检测的灵敏度和分辨率,并在同一组织切片上可同时显示阳性胞体和阳性末梢结构.分别在光镜和电镜下观察了大鼠嗅球和嗅粘膜中Glu和GABA样免疫阳性反应的分布.光镜下发现嗅球中嗅神经纤维束,僧帽状细胞体,部分球旁细胞体以及小球层为Glu免疫
