目的探讨1.5T MR扫描仪上流入反转恢复(IFIR)稳态自由进动(FIESTA)结合呼吸激发技术进行颈动脉成像的可行性。方法收集2015年12月-2016年3月24例健康志愿者进行颈部冠状位IFIR序列扫描,采用GE Optima MR360 1.5T HC MRI超导型扫描仪,8ch CTL12线圈呼吸门控,采集时间约2~3分钟;在ADW4.4工作站上行最大密度投影(MIP)重建,对颈动脉各级分支显示程度及清晰度进行评分,并与呼吸是否规律因素进行对比分析。结果 24例受试者中,图像质量4分14例(58%,14/24),3分6例(25%,6/24),2分2例(8%,2/24),1分2例(8%,2/24)。低分(1~2分)受试者中2例受试者呼吸异常。结论 1.5T磁共振IFIR序列无需造影增强便可清楚显示颈动脉的各级分支,是具有很好临床应用前景的无创、安全、可行的颈动脉血管成像技术。?
Objective To investigate the feasibility of carotid artery imaging with inflected inversion recovery (IFIR) steady-state free-motion precession (FIESTA) and respiratory stimulation on 1.5T MR scanner. Methods From December 2015 to March 2016, 24 healthy volunteers performed coronal IFIR scan of the neck with GE Optima MR360 1.5T HC MRI superconducting scanner and 8ch CTL12 coil breath gating. The acquisition time was about 2 ~ 3 minutes. MIP reconstruction was performed on the ADW4.4 workstation to evaluate the degree and clarity of the branches of the carotid arteries and to compare them with the regular factors of respiration. Results Among the 24 subjects, there were 14 cases (58%, 14/24) in 4 cases, 3 cases in 6 cases (25%, 6/24), 2 cases in 2 cases (8%, 2/24) Divided in 2 cases (8%, 2/24). Two subjects in the low score (1-2 points) had respiratory abnormalities. Conclusions The 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging (IFIR) sequence can clearly show the branches of the carotid artery without contrast enhancement. It is a noninvasive, safe and feasible carotid artery imaging technique with good clinical application prospects. ?
