目的:探讨调剂差错的心理原因,为预防差错提供理论依据。方法:结合门诊药房调剂实践,对影响差错的潜意识因素进行分析。结果:大多数调剂差错都是药师集体潜意识造成的低级错误。结论:药师潜意识是调剂差错的根源所在,管理者应以人为本,优化工作流程,建立和谐药房。
Objective: To explore the psychological reasons for the adjustment errors and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention of errors. Methods: In combination with the outpatient pharmacy transfer practice, the subconscious factors influencing errors were analyzed. Results: Most mediation errors are low-level errors caused by the pharmacist’s collective subconscious. Conclusion: The subconsciousness of pharmacists is the root cause of discrepancies. Managers should be people-oriented, optimize workflow and establish a harmonious pharmacy.
