采用二维多普勒超声测定,30例高血压患者舒张早期充盈流速E峰,舒张晚期充盈流速A峰、A面积与全面积之比、及左房内径。阻抗图测定A波、P-A间期、X-0间期、O/C。与17例同年龄正常人比较,结果显示病人比正常人各参数之间除E峰外均有显著差异(P<0.001)。患者比常人明显升高。经相关分析多普勒与阻抗图各对参数除E峰与X-O外,均有较好相关性,(P<0.01)。经逐步回归分析结果显示AI/(A+E)I及LA最有影响两项指标 多普勒与阻抗图两种方法回顾性考核结果,两者正确率均达97.9%。说明阻抗图检查左室舒张功能也是一种好方法。
Using two-dimensional Doppler ultrasound, 30 cases of hypertensive patients with early diastolic filling velocity E peak, late diastolic filling velocity A peak, A area to full area ratio, and left atrium diameter.
