目的了解石嘴山市食品卫生质量状况,为开展食品安全监督工作提供科学依据。方法通过市场抽检检测方法 ,对石嘴山市市场肉类、蔬菜类和部分生熟食品进行化学残留物和污染菌检测。结果所抽检的畜禽肉中兽药残留量指标合格率为100%,生熟食品中微生物指标合格率98.11%,食品添加剂合格率97.76%,蔬菜农药残留量指标合格率为85.71%,叶类蔬菜农药残留量超标率高达70%。结论石嘴山市市场上肉食类基本无兽药残留,叶类蔬菜农药残留严重,应进一步加强食品安全的监管。
Objective To understand the quality of food hygiene in Shizuishan and provide a scientific basis for food safety supervision. Methods The chemical residues and contaminated bacteria in meat, vegetables and some raw and cooked foods in Shizuishan market were detected by the sampling and testing methods in the market. Results The passing rate of veterinary drug residue in sampled poultry meat was 100%, the passing rate of microbial index in raw and cooked food was 98.11%, the pass rate of food additive was 97.76%, the pass rate of vegetable pesticide residue index was 85.71% Pesticide residue exceeded the rate of up to 70%. Conclusion There is almost no veterinary drug residue on the meat market in Shizuishan market and serious pesticide residues on leafy vegetables. Therefore, food safety regulation should be further strengthened.
