本文基于企业培训师的角色特征,提出教师培训师的概念,从“教师学习——教师工作”和“培训内容——培训方略”两个维度,介绍教师培训师将扮演的四大专业角色:培训讲师、培训管理师、教育教学专家、学校管理专家。最后,从项目管理、课程开发和培训教学三个任务领域,描述教师培训师的主要专业职责,并对教师培训师的工作进行展望。 Based on the character traits of enterprise trainers, this paper puts forward the concept of teacher trainers from two aspects: “teacher learning - teacher work ” and "training content training strategy Large professional role: training lecturer, training manager, education and teaching experts, school management experts.
