各企业上半年执行国家劳动计划获得了进一步的成果,生产总值超计划2.93%,全员劳动生产率超计划3.1%,工人劳动生产率超计划4%。如与上年度同期计划比较,则生产总值增加了18%,全员劳动生产率提高15.6%,工人劳动生产率提高10.9%。此外,职工总数为本期计划的100.1%,职工平均工资达到计划的96.5%。但是应该指出职工总数超过了计划控制指标,职工平均工资增长速度也比较缓慢。对这些情况进行客观的研究与分析,就能发现企业在生产管理工作中存在的薄弱环节与造成各种情况的不同的内在原因,从而寻找出
In the first half of the year, all enterprises had obtained further achievements in implementing the national labor plan, with 2.93% of the GDP exceeding the plan, 3.1% of the total labor productivity exceeding plans and 4% of the workers’ labor productivity exceeding the plan. If compared with the same period of the previous year, GDP increased by 18%, total labor productivity by 15.6% and labor productivity by 10.9%.
