高职教育侧重技能型人才的培养,然而高职教师实践能力的欠缺成了阻碍高职发展的重要因素。为了解决这一问题,高职是提升挂职锻炼效果的重要手段。文章利用层次分析法构造指标权重,建立了高职教师企业挂职锻炼评价的数学模型。该模型为高职院校进行挂职锻炼定量评价提供了简便、操作性强的方法。 Higher vocational education focuses on the training of skilled personnel, however, the lack of practical ability of higher vocational teachers has become an important factor impeding the development of higher vocational education. In order to solve this problem, higher vocational education is an important means to enhance the effect of training. The article constructs the index weight by AHP, and establishes the mathematics model of evaluation on the attachment and removal of vocational teachers. The model provides a simple and easy-to-use method for quantitative evaluation of post-training exercises in higher vocational colleges.
