自藤原１９８４年报告采用ＡＰＦ（ａｃｉｄｕｌａｔｅｄｐｈｏｓｐｈａｔｅｆｌｕｒｉｄｅ）液和氯化镧液先后联用处理法（以下简称Ｆ－Ｌａ法），对人工合成的羟基磷灰石具有良好的抗酸性以来［１］，根岸、筱原等又在离体釉质、牙本质和牙骨质上得到了同样的结果［２～５］
