在数控车床上加工轴类零件,其特点是刚性较差,轴容易产生弯曲和振动,造成工件不能达到精度和表面粗糙度的要求。因此,在加工过程中,要合理的进行设计,才能满足工艺需求。本文以减速器中的低速传动轴为例,对轴类零件的设计、加工工艺、结构选择以及加工过程进行了介绍,对于如何正确车削加工轴类零件起到一定的借鉴。
In the CNC lathe machining shaft parts, which is characterized by poor rigidity, shaft prone to bending and vibration, resulting in the workpiece can not achieve the accuracy and surface roughness requirements. Therefore, in the process of processing, to conduct a reasonable design, in order to meet the needs of technology. In this paper, the low-speed transmission shaft in reducer is taken as an example to introduce the design, processing technology, structure selection and machining process of the shaft parts, which can be used as a reference for how to turn the shaft parts correctly.
