目的:研究暗紫贝母的化学成分。方法:采用反复硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶、氧化铝柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从暗紫贝母乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取部位分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:cyclo-(Pro-Leu)(1)、咖啡碱(2)、贝母辛(3)、香草醛(4)、对羟基苯甲醛(5)、硬脂酸甘油酯(6)、7-ketositosterol(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)。结论:其中,化合物1、2和6为首次从贝母属中分离得到,化合物1、2、4~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Fritillaria ussuriensis. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel and alumina column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Nine compounds were isolated from the chloroform extraction site of ethanol extract of Fritillaria nivalis and identified as cyclo- (Pro-Leu) (1), caffeine (2), Fombaxin (3), vanillin 4), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (5), glyceryl stearate (6), 7-ketositosterol (7), β-sitosterol (8) and daucosterol (9). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1, 2 and 6 were isolated from Fritillaria for the first time. Compounds 1, 2, and 4 ~ 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
