随着市场经济的发展,企业职工的生活和工作节奏不由自主地加快,竞争的压力增大。在激烈的竞争和过重的压力面前,企业职工或多或少地出现了紧张、压抑、丧失信心等不良心理状态,由此导致的效率下降、士气低落、事故增加、成本上升等问题逐渐凸现。缓解职工心理压力、调适职工心理情绪成为新时期企业人力资源管理者、文化研究者尤为重视的课题。
With the development of the market economy, the pace of life and work of the workers in enterprises has been accelerating involuntarily and the pressure of competition has increased. In the face of fierce competition and over-pressure, the staff and workers of enterprises appear more or less unhealthy psychological conditions such as tension, depression and loss of confidence. The resulting problems of efficiency decline, morale reduction, accident increase and cost rise gradually emerge . To alleviate the psychological pressure on employees and to adjust their psychological emotions has become a topic of particular importance to human resource managers and cultural researchers in the new era.
