利用荧光光谱法研究了钇-铕-司帕沙星(SPFX)-十二烷基硫酸钠体系的稀土共发光效应,确定了最佳形成条件,并对其作用机理进行了探讨,提出了测定司帕沙星的荧光分光光度法。结果表明,共发光体系的荧光强度与司帕沙星的浓度在5.0×10-8mol.L-1~8.0×10-6mol.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,其检出限为2.0×10-8mol.L-1。采用标准加入法测定了药物制剂和尿样中的SPFX,结果令人满意。
The rare earth co-luminescence of yttrium-europium-sparfloxacin (SPFX) -dodecyl sodium sulfate system was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. The optimum conditions for the formation were determined and the mechanism of action was discussed. Sparfloxacin by fluorescence spectrophotometry. The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of co-luminescent system showed a good linear relationship with sparfloxacin concentration in the range of 5.0 × 10-8mol.L-1 ~ 8.0 × 10-6mol.L-1 with a detection limit of 2.0 × 10-8mol.L-1. The standard addition method was used to determine SPFX in pharmaceutical preparations and urine samples with satisfactory results.
