为改善某国Ⅴ车型的油耗和排放特性,采用主动进气格栅(Active Grille Shutter,AGS)技术,研究AGS开启角度对整车阻力、整车油耗及关键排放物的影响。通过整车滑行试验(AGS、NO_AGS)确定整车滑行阻力曲线;利用转鼓试验台加载滑行阻力曲线,开展NEDC工况下整车油耗及关键排放物测试。结果表明:安装AGS后油耗平均降低1.47%,CO_2排放平均减少1.23%,THC排放减少13.5%,NMHC(非甲烷烃)排放降低15%,CO和NO_x排放有所升高,但均处于国Ⅴ排放标准之内。
In order to improve the fuel consumption and emission characteristics of a country Ⅴ vehicle, Active Grille Shutter (AGS) technology was used to study the influence of AGS opening angle on vehicle resistance, vehicle fuel consumption and key emissions. Vehicle gliding resistance test (AGS, NO_AGS) is used to determine the gliding resistance curve of the whole vehicle. The gliding resistance curve is loaded on the drum test bed to test the vehicle fuel consumption and the key emissions under NEDC conditions. The results showed that the average fuel consumption decreased 1.47%, the average CO 2 emission decreased 1.23%, the THC emission decreased 13.5%, the emission of NMHC reduced 15% and the CO and NO_x emissions increased, all of which were in the national Ⅴ Within the emission standards.
