随着选煤工艺的进步,数学模型在浮选精煤过程中起着重要的作用。文章通过对唐山矿煤泥浮选精煤过程中的3种影响分选结果的因素加以试验分析,并建立了精煤产率和精煤灰分的数学模型,通过对数学模型的计算,最终得到了和实际生产相差无几的预测结果,说明该数学模型在评估浮选柱精煤产品数质量过程中具有很高的精度和可靠性。
With the progress of coal preparation technology, mathematical models play an important role in flotation of coal. In this paper, three kinds of influencing factors in Tangshan coal slime flotation coal are tested and analyzed, and the mathematical model of the yield of clean coal and the ash content of the fine coal is established. Through the calculation of the mathematical model, The predicted result which is almost the same as actual production indicates that the mathematical model has high accuracy and reliability in evaluating the quality of flotation coal product.
