目的:探讨肾上腺髓质素(Adrenomedullin,ADM)和粘着斑激酶(Focal adhensin kinase,FAK)在宫颈鳞癌发生发展中的作用及二者表达的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测10例正常宫颈组织、20例CINⅠ~Ⅱ、30例CINⅢ、76例宫颈鳞癌的宫颈组织中ADM、FAK的表达。结果:ADM、FAK在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为56.6%、78.9%,表达明显高于正常对照组、CINⅠ~Ⅱ、CINⅢ组(P<0.01);正常对照组、CINⅠ~Ⅱ、CINⅢ组3组间ADM、FAK的表达无明显差异(P>0.05);宫颈鳞癌组中ADM表达强度与细胞分化程度、宫颈浸润深度、淋巴转移有关,而FAK表达强度与细胞分化程度、淋巴转移有关,ADM与FAK表达无明显相关性。结论:随着宫颈病变程度的加深,ADM、FAK表达呈增加趋势,宫颈癌变时ADM、FAK的表达较上皮内病变时显著增高。ADM、FAK有可能可以作为预测宫颈鳞癌预后的独立指标。
Objective: To investigate the role of adrenomedullin (ADM) and focal adhesion kinase (FAK) in the development and progression of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and their correlation. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of ADM and FAK in 10 cases of normal cervical tissue, 20 cases of CIN Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ, 30 cases of CIN Ⅲ, 76 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Results: The positive rates of ADM and FAK in cervical squamous cell carcinoma were 56.6% and 78.9%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal control group, CINⅠ-Ⅱ and CINⅢ group (P <0.01) There was no significant difference in the expression of ADM and FAK among the three groups (P> 0.05). The expression of ADM in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was related to the degree of cell differentiation, the depth of cervical invasion and lymphatic metastasis, while the expression of FAK was related to the degree of cell differentiation, Lymphatic metastasis, ADM and FAK expression no significant correlation. CONCLUSION: With the deepening of cervical lesions, the expressions of ADM and FAK are increasing. The expression of ADM and FAK in cervical cancer is significantly higher than that in intraepithelial lesion. ADM, FAK may be used as an independent prognostic indicator of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
