经鉴定，上海蘑菇褐腐病，其病原菌为ＭｙｃｏｇｏｎｅｐｅｒｎｉｃｉｏｓａＭａｇｎｕｓ与萨卡杜（Ｐ．Ａ．Ｓａｃｃａｒｄｏ）和魏景超等的报道相符。用该菌的孢子悬浮液或菌丝块进行接种试验，证明了此菌的致病性。厚垣孢子在一般人工培养条件下不萌发，只有通入由蘑菇菌丝体代谢所产生的气体特定条件下才能个别萌发。在我市人工栽培条件下已知可危害蘑菇和草菇。
It has been identified that Shanghai mushroom brown rot disease, the pathogen MycogoneperniciosaMagnus consistent with the reports by SACCAcardo and Wei Jingchao. Inoculation with the spore suspension or mycelium of the bacterium demonstrated the pathogenicity of this bacterium. Chlamydospores do not germinate under normal artificial culture conditions, and germinate only when exposed to the gas generated by the metabolism of mushroom mycelia under specific conditions. It is known to be harmful to mushrooms and straw mushrooms under artificial cultivation conditions in our city.
