冀鼎全,生于1947年,陕西省洛南县人。毕业于陕西师范大学,哲学研究生,教授。现任陕西广播电视大学党委书记、校长,陕西省高等教育学会副会长,陕西广播电视高等教育学会理事长,陕西省高级专家协会常务理事。兼任中国电化教育协会副会长、中国教育家协会理事。应聘香港国际教育交流中心研究员、《人民日报·时代潮》周刊理事。 冀鼎全同志是我省电大教育事业的主要创始者之一,他长期致力于电大教
Ji Dingquan, born in 1947, Luonan County, Shaanxi Province. Graduated from Shaanxi Normal University, a graduate of philosophy, professor. Incumbent Shaanxi Radio and Television University party secretary, principal, vice president of Shaanxi Province Higher Education Society, Shaanxi Radio and Television Higher Education Association, executive director of Shaanxi Provincial Association of Senior Experts.
