采用75%Si-Fe加Bi复合孕育稀土镁球铁与采用75%Si-Fe孕育对比,在实验室条件下,较广泛地研究了铋对壁厚5—90毫米的铸态稀土镁球铁金相组织和机械性能的影响。试验结果及检测分析表明,微量Bi加入铁水中后,增加了球铁单位面积上的石墨球数,改善了石墨球的圆整度、尺寸和分布均匀性;同时,提高了球铁基体中的铁素体含量;还在保证球铁强度不变的条件下,明显提高了球铁塑性。
In comparison with 75% Si-Fe inoculation with 75% Si-Fe plus Bi composite inoculation, the effect of bismuth on the as-cast rare earth MgFeB with 5-90 mm wall thickness has been studied extensively under laboratory conditions.
